About Me

Photography has always been a way for me to make sense of the world. As an introvert, I've spent much of my life observing. The things people don't say often speak louder than the words they do. A glance held a little longer. A smile that arrives before laughter. The way two people unconsciously move closer to each other when they feel safe. Those quiet moments have always fascinated me.

After taking time away to focus on my mental health, I found myself returning to photography and rediscovering something I had missed for years. Through a camera, I found a way to step outside my own thoughts and reconnect with the world around me. Photography taught me to slow down, pay attention, and appreciate moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.

The old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words has always rung true to me. Some stories cannot be told through language alone. They live in expressions, body language, light, movement, and emotion. A photograph has the ability to preserve those things long after the moment itself has passed.

While I enjoy photographing pets and landscapes as personal projects, my passion lies in working with couples and individuals. I am less interested in perfection and more interested in truth. Life is imperfect, and those imperfections are often what make a moment beautiful. Rather than creating flawless images, I strive to create photographs that feel honest, natural, and deeply personal.

My goal is simple: I want you to look back at your photographs years from now and feel as though you are standing in that moment again. To remember how it felt, not just how it looked.

Based in the Twin Cities, Quiet Frame is built on the belief that the most meaningful stories are often found in life's quietest moments.
